My new goodies arrived!!!!

Was feeling super sorry for myself this morning as I was working until 2.15 and unable to go to the opening of a new craft shop. My friend Karen did however manage to go and she bought some fantastic goodies was so jealous LOL . Well finished my shift which was actually a very good one and headed home. My hubby welcomed me home by telling me a package arrived this morning. And WOOOOOOOHOOOOOO my promarkers arrived.

I had initially ordered 4 but then decided to take the bull by the horns and I ordered a total of 19. There are masses more that i have my eye on, def need to get another skin tone, greys, more pinks, more blues, more greens, OMG I need the all LOL. Have been tinkering a little bit but not made a card yet as me and the boys were enjoying the sunshine in the garden this afternoon. Here is a wee pic of my new goodies, hope to get cracking and enter the promerker challenge for anything goes. Watch this space. Hope everyone is getting lots of sunshine this weekend.

Just bought 1st pro markers

I have just gone a done it. Just bought my very 1st pro markers. Have only bought a few to see if I like them but going my everyone else i'll soon be addicted. I bought mine from Joanna Sheen as she has free Postage on orders over £5 and who can resist free postage on goodies. decided to go for a couple of skin tones and apple and pastel pink so I can take part in next weeks Passion for Pro Markers Challenge which will be using these colours. Just hope they arrive on time LOL. If anyone as any useful tips on what paper is best for these markers please feel free to leave a comment.

1st Challenge

JUST JUST RE UL THE PHOTO AS FOUND BETTER PIC

This is my very 1st entry got a challenge. Have decided to enter The C.R.A.F.T Challenge. As it's a new challenge blog the challenge was to make a card with a NEW theme. I have chosen to make a NEW BABY card and here it is

I used Joanna Sheen's Messy rabbit baby stamp for the main image and water coloured her. the wee bots were then flocked and a the image was decoupaged. I also used the cuttlebug baby embossing folder for the side panel, and these were mounted into pink card from my stash. As this was actually for someone I added the craft creations gold peel off's with the message Congratulations on your New baby and embellished with two pink gem hearts. Sorry it's not a great picture my camera is well and truly on the blink so had to use my phone which does not have the best camera in the world.
